Where does the data come from?

KPI's can be entered daily via either the DPR module or the Vessel Diary module. However we also capture what we can in the background.

What is captured is up to you, every company has different areas of focus. Simply add your own Leading and Lagging KPI's and a Target for each KPI and you're off.
